A patient lead is defined as a potential patient who takes an extra step to contact you, the provider, by clicking on one of the three call-to-action buttons on your profile:
1. Message the provider
2. Phone number of Provider
3. Website of Provider
These leads, including the patient's name, email address, and message, will be sent to your FDD dashboard, along with an email notification. It's then up to your team to take the next steps and contact the lead.
Please note that FindMyDirectDoctor is not able to verify the validity of the leads, as we are not directly communicating with the potential patients/leads. However, we take measures to ensure that our platform is secure and that leads are genuine.
We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to pricing. With our lead generation service, you only pay for the leads you receive. No leads mean no payment.

Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis. You may cancel our lead generation service at any time by contacting us or by managing your subscription through your dashboard. Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and any outstanding charges will be processed prior to cancellation.
